Who we are
Bolton Longbow Archers is a club for people of all ages who enjoy the craft and discipline of traditional archery. Sessions are family-friendly, social and relaxed.
Members practise at their own pace, share knowledge and build confidence. Many of our club members were beginners when they joined.
We predominantly practice the roving style of archery; shooting arrows into the air at marks (usually flags) over much longer distances than the flat, target shooting at roundels seen in Olympic archery.
